This league is designed for individuals to compete & display their abilities, in a team setting, but without a team commitment.

At the top of the hour of each session, captains will be chosen. Afterwards, captains will select which individuals they want on their team. Once teams are finalized, participants will be handed their jerseys for the evening. 

Thereafter, teams will be given ten minutes to warm up; then, the referees will start the game.
